Chairman H2OX Water Exchange (an initiative of Water for Rivers – a company owned by Victoria, New South Wales and Australian Commonwealth Governments). H2OX was acquired by its technology partner CBL Markets www.xpansiv.com of which Mr. Favretto is a significant shareholder.

Mr. Luke Fraser

Luke Fraser is one of the original developers of Green Island Power’s hydrogen energy system design - an experienced Australian industry CEO with almost three decades of major project strategy, origination and reform experience across several asset classes.
Mr. Fraser has spent the past 5 years exclusively in the green H2 sector: he first developed what has become Green Island Power’s hydrogen system design working with this company’s lead engineers, OEM partners, local community and State government parties in South-Western Victoria in 2019-20. Since then he has worked as Director of Deakin University’s Green Energy Mission, where he developed a preliminary green hydrogen design to provide Australia’s largest university campus (in Geelong, Victoria) with
secure, affordable green power.
Prior to his energy work, Mr. Fraser worked successfully as a national industry CEO in the Australian transport and logistics sector (2005-2010) and in his own infrastructure advisory Juturna P/L, with a particular focus on developing better infrastructure investments for regional and rural communities. He has also worked in Australian government roles in infrastructure and Defence.
Mr. Fraser is the author of multiple system design and economic reform efforts between government and industry across transport, water and energy assetsand has been a retained expert infrastructure adviser to the Commonwealth’sstatutory authority for major projects, Infrastructure Australia.
Mr. Fraser holds a Master of Business from University of New South Wales
per the Australian Defence Force Academy and a BA Hons from The University of Melbourne.

Mr. David Downie

Director-General of State Water Resources; former Assistant Manager Snowy Mountains Hydroelectric Corporation Australia; Appointed United Nations Expert Advisor on Water Reform to the Americas, India, Indonesia and Vietnam; former Expert Water and Energy Reform Adviser to the World Bank.

Mr. Downie has overseen successful multi-billion-dollar major infrastructure programs from design through to delivery. He is currently a strategic advisor on regional economic development, market investment paths and climate resilience strategies, including green energy programs. Mr. Downie is an experienced board member with decades of respected interaction with governments, market and community groups, ideally placed to assist high-
trust development of GIP projects.

Mr. Brett Daley
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Daley is a Director and CFO of Green Island Power.
Mr. Daley is a finance executive with decades of CFO experience, including 20 years of senior positions with Packer organizations, rising to the position of CFO of Australia’s Nine Television Network. During his time with the Publishing and Broadcasting Group he was instrumental in securing key corporate initiatives, including leading Commercial Due Diligence on the acquisitions of Foxtel and Crown Casino.
In addition, he led several capital raising initiatives, such as a $660m structured finance transition with Bankers Trust. Mr. Daley was also a co-founder and Director (along with Mr.Favretto) of online water bourse H2OX Exchange Limited which in 2020 merged successfully with Xpansiv Group, the world’s leading energy markets transition provider.
