Mr. Daley is an accomplished finance executive with decades of CFO experience, including 20 years of senior positions with Packer organizations, rising to the position of CFO of Australia’s Nine Television Network.
During his time with the Publishing and Broadcasting Group he was instrumental in securing key corporate initiatives, including leading Commercial Due Diligence on the acquisitions of Foxtel and Crown Casino.
In addition, he led several capital raising initiatives, such as a $660m structured finance transition with Bankers Trust. Mr. Daley was also a co-founder and Director (along with Mr.Favretto) of online water bourse H2OX Exchange Limited which in 2020 merged successfully with Xpansiv Group, the world’s leading energy markets transition provider.
