Mr. Luke Fraser

Chief Executive Officer

A respected, thoughtful industry CEO who has produced almost three decades of economic reform, sector strategy and productive major project origination work across several Australian economic infrastructure classes, working with industry, governments and local communities.

Mr. Fraser contributed to what has become Green Island Power’s patent pending system design with engineers, OEM partners, community and industry parties from 2019 in South-Western Victoria. He was Director of Deakin University’s Energy Mission 2021-2024; he authored the university’s successful business case for its hydrogen fuel cell research labs and oversaw the asset build.

Mr. Fraser is a former national industry CEO in the national transport and logistics sector (2005-2009) and founder of infrastructure advisory Juturna P/L (2010-2021), with a focus on developing better infrastructure investments for regional and rural communities, including modern cooperative structures.  Author of multiple system design and economic reform efforts between government and industry across transport, water and energy assets; former retained expert adviser to Commonwealth government independent adviser Infrastructure Australia. He has sound knowledge of public policy, having also worked in executive roles for the Commonwealth Public Service.
